Shipping Policy
Shipping? Oh yeah, we got you covered!
Processing Time
- We're impatient and can't wait for you to get your order so we try to get them shipped out within 24 hours. Sometimes, orders may take longer (2-5 business days).
- During busy seasons (holidays, launches, etc.), processing might take a little longer—so bear with us, we promise it's worth it!
Shipping Options & Costs
- We offer (Free) Standard & (Paid) Expedited shipping at checkout.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Do you ship internationally?
- Right now, we only ship the the United States. We will be adding Canada and Mexico shortly so keep an eye out! Note, that extra shipping charges may apply. We are also not responsible for paying any customs, import, or tariff duties.
Tracking My Order
- Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking info. If it's been a while and you're still wondering where your package is, contact us here.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, let us know ASAP. We can try to work with the carrier to help sort things out, but please understand that once it's out of our hands, it's in theirs.
