Returns & Exchange Policy
We really want everyone to be happy with Comfy Kitsu merchandise and completely understand if you’d like to process a return!
If something isn't quite right, here's how we can help:
Return Window
- You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to ship your return back to us.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, rips, tears, scruffs, etc...
- Items must be in their original clear plastic bag with all tag still attached.
- We reserve the right to decline returns if the item does not meet these conditions.
Limited & Sale Items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns & exchanges for limited and sale items, but we will try our best to find a solution! Please reach out to us at hi@comfykitsu.com if you have an issue with such an item.
How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, please email us at hi@comfykitsu.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping, along with an $11 handling fee, will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges
For exchanges we reccomend placing another order and starting a return for the fastest possible solution. For a direct exchange you can contact us below.
We encourage you to check our size chart carefully before ordering to ensure the perfect fit. If you're worried about sizing, we recommend sizing up for a nice, slightly oversized fit. Always feel free to send us a message and we can help with sizing too!

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method or to store credit. Your choice. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
- *Disclaimer: The return shipping label cost and $11 handling fee are deducted from the return total.
Defective or Incorrect Items
For defected items or mistakes on our end, shipping fees will be covered and returns/exchanges will be free. Please contact us immediately at hi@comfykitsu.com with details and photos if possible.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (discounted or clearance items).
- Custom or personalized items (if applicable).
- Intimates or socks (for hygiene reasons).
